Eat your way to better health

Learn how you really are what you eat (or rather what you absorb!), how food can impact all of your body's daily processes and learn how to support your body with food. 

Rather than thinking about foods as 'good' and 'bad', I'll teach you the basics of understanding how certain types of food work in your body, so you can make informed decisions about what to eat and what to avoid. We'll be covering these key principles: 

Blood sugar balance
The importance of fat 
Nutrient density 
Microbial diversity 

Understanding these principles gives you back control of how you feed and nourish your body, without having to subscribe to any restrictive diets.
