RESET
Ever feel like you just need to hit the reset button?
I know the feeling. I wrote this plan to give myself something to follow. To reset my relationship with sugar, to get back on track with my diet and to improve my energy and overall wellbeing.
After creating this plan for myself, I decided I wanted to share it with my community. I reached out to some friends to see if they would do it with me - they were keen. Then I reached out to my audience to see if they wanted to join in. We ended up as a group of about 40, all following this plan together. From the feedback, I’ve refined and improved it to create this plan for you to download and follow at your own pace.
What exactly is it? It’s a 10 day protocol to follow that will help you address any habits or patterns in your diet that aren’t serving you well. Whether it’s a reliance on packaged foods, an out of control sweet tooth or you’re just stuck in a rut and feel like you need to shake things up a bit.
The premise of the plan is to pare everything back to simple, nourishing, whole foods that will keep you satiated and energised. There’s no calorie counting or carb counting, but I have put a strong focus on getting adequate protein. If you follow the recipes I have created, you should get enough. However, you’re welcome to put together your own meal plan based on the principles I’ve set out, in which case I urge you to prioritise protein in your dishes.
The ebook sets out all the foods to avoid and all the foods to include for the duration of the plan. Whilst it may be challenging, you will have enough to eat and you shouldn’t be hungry. This is not a fancy detox or cleanse, it’s just eating simple, whole foods and nothing else for a short period. I promise you, you can do it!
