Whether it’s helping your team to create a healthy food environment at work, or teaching them how to eat to feel energised and motivated at work, or how food can support mental health and wellbeing.
My passion is helping people break old cycles and habits, and to create healthy, nourishing environments in which to thrive. I firmly believe this is best done in a group, or team, rather than in isolation - that’s why getting your whole team on board is key!
I have a wealth of experience in delivering courses and workshops in small groups or to a larger audience.

Fees are based on the time required to prep for and deliver your event
1-hour one-off workshop - £150
2-hour one-off workshop - £250
Half-day event - £400
Full day event - £600
Most events will include resources to be delivered via email. Additional costs could include ingredients if the event includes a practical session (e.g. energy ball or sauerkraut making) and travel expenses

Nutrition for stress & fatigue
Chronic stress and exhaustion are common - but they don’t have to be your normal. Ultra-processed foods are everywhere - but what are they really doing to our health? This practical, myth-busting workshop explores how to spot ultra-processed foods, understand labels and marketing tricks and make simple swaps that support real nourishment - without fear or perfection. Ideal if you want clarity, confidence, and balance in today’s confusing food environment.
