My Network

Running a business can be lonely! Working with some amazing people in the wider health and wellbeing community really makes a difference. Here are just some of the great people and businesses I’ve had the pleasure of working with, collaborating with and who provide great local services.

Elephant Rooms

The Elephant Rooms is a calming, relaxing, welcoming community of like-minded health & wellness practitioners. It’s a beautiful space with a fantastic garden. I have run many a workshop here and often see clients in the therapy rooms available. I highly recommend everyone checks out what’s on offer - from talking therapies, to yoga, to holistic therapies and of course, nutritional therapy!

Rask

Rask Cafe is one of my favourite haunts in Derby. It’s the perfect place for me to spend the day on my laptop catching up with emails, doing some admin, writing workshop material, creating client plans and doing research. The staff are super friendly and they know me well (and know to warn me when any of the dishes contain coriander!). The food is great - healthy, honest and delicious with a Scandanavian vibe. They sell some tasty cakes and bakes, some are even on the healthier side! There is usually something vegan, gluten free and/or dairy free.

They have also been known to let me run workshops in their cafe!
