EAT YOUR WAY TO BETTER HEALTH

This course is really just about getting together to talk about food!

It can feel isolating at times when you're on a journey with food and nutrition. Whether your goal is to improve your health, lose weight or manage a health condition, it helps to connect with people in similar situations.

The great thing about groups like Slimming World and Weight Watchers, is the connection with other people, the support and encouragement. You'll get all of this from this course without any talk of calories, sins or points! It's about understanding how food works in our bodies, how food is information, how what you eat affects your mood, your gut health, your energy levels and health (not just your weight!).

Each session we'll chat about some of the key areas of nutrition, including:

  • Blood sugar balancing

  • Gut health

  • Healthy fats

  • Nutrient density

We'll share tips and advice on how to put these principles into practice. At the start of the course you'll receive a folder and each week you'll get new recipe cards so you can put it all into practice in simple and management ways.

There will be a very limited number of places available so please get in touch to book yours. The cost of the course is just £80 which includes materials and 4 2-hour group sessions. You'll also have access to a Facebook support group during the course and beyond. This is a great opportunity to deepen your knowledge of nutrition, gain inspiration and motivation and learn how to look after your body through what you eat.

The most useful part of the course was learning about balancing blood sugar levels and my favourite part was filling out the food charts. Maintaining healthy blood sugar levels has always been a struggle and understanding more about what my body is actually doing during these moments has made me question my choices when in those moments of weakness, which I can feel has made a profound difference to my energy and mood.

The food charts are a fantastic way of logging food. Being able to see everything on one page is useful in terms of remembering past meals but also to see where substitutes or changes can be made to create better nutrient balance.


The atmosphere was lovely. The timing was just right, the sessions were paced in a way that encouraged conversation and discussion and were not too rammed full of information, a really good balance.

You delivered the course in a way that engaged everyone. You start where people are at and even though we all face different challenges, at no point did I think “this isn’t relevant to me”. I love the recipes in the folder which is a nice touch.

I honestly can’t think of anything you can add to make it more engaging, enjoyable or to improve. Thank you for your time and energy :)'
